    HIIT is scientifically proven to increase the rate your body burns fat in a 24-hour period. While you reap the direct benefits of cardio endurance, muscular endurance and quicker reflexes.

    Ladies and gentlemen... It's time to Kick Ass. After a week of training your body to be stronger and endure more; GAME DAY allows you to push harder and conquer all that stands in front of you with your body's new abilities.
